Information we collect

When you join the waitlist or request beta access, we collect the email address you submit and basic technical information needed to operate the form, such as browser user agent, submission source, and timestamp.

When the Energy Bank app is available, it may request permission to read selected Apple Health data such as activity, workout, and active energy information. The app uses this data to estimate and display your daily energy balance.

How we use information

Waitlist data is used to send beta invitations, launch updates, product news, and important service messages. Apple Health data is used only to provide Energy Bank features, including balance insights, goal context, and watch-first summaries.

We do not sell personal information or use Apple Health data for advertising.

TestFlight beta testing

Before Energy Bank is available on the App Store, beta access may be distributed through Apple's TestFlight. If you join the beta, Apple may process information needed to provide TestFlight, including your invitation status, device information, crash logs, usage information, screenshots, comments, and feedback you choose to submit.

Beta feedback and diagnostic information made available through TestFlight may be used to improve Energy Bank, fix issues, and prepare the app for public release.

Apple Health

Energy Bank can only access Apple Health data after you grant permission. You can change or revoke those permissions at any time in iOS Health settings. Without Apple Watch or regular Apple Health updates, some values may be estimated, delayed, or less precise.

Service providers

We may use trusted service providers to operate the website, waitlist, database, email delivery, analytics, hosting, and app infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and deletion

Waitlist information is kept while you remain interested in Energy Bank or while it is needed to operate the beta and launch process. You may request deletion of your waitlist information or unsubscribe from product emails at any time.

Your choices

You can choose not to join the waitlist, unsubscribe from emails, revoke Apple Health permissions in iOS, or request that your waitlist information be deleted.

Children

Energy Bank is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Energy Bank moves from private testing to App Store availability. The latest version will always be published on this page.
